The Car Barn is Chattanooga’s best all inclusive wedding ceremony and reception venue that specializes in wedding catering! Unlike other Chattanooga banquet halls and Chattanooga banquet facilities, The Car Barn will wow your guests from the moment they enter! Chattanooga rehearsal dinners are also fun at The Car Barn! The Car Barn has wonderful wedding catering selections to choose from. The Car Barn offers wedding buffet menus, wedding hors d’oeuvres menus, or a combination of the two! We are happy to customize menus as well! The Car Barn also offers the Chattanooga bride and groom seated dinner options as well. No matter what you choose, let Chattanooga’s best venue handle it all!

Whether you choose to have your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, or just your wedding
reception at The Car Barn, we can handle all of your needs so your planning is easy and you enjoy your special day!

REHEARSAL DINNERS AT THE CAR BARN

If you elect to have your rehearsal dinner at The Car Barn, here is what we can do for you!

  • Provide and set up all 60 inch round guest tables and linens, white wood guest chairs, and all buffet and beverage tables and linens included in your rental fee.
  • Provide and set up any gift tables or other necessary tables with linens for a small fee.
  • Our House DJ is available to hire to play music and keep the party going or you may elect to bring your own CD’s to play on our house system. We also welcome bands and other entertainers of your choice.
  • Greet guests and assist them with their needs before and during the rehearsal dinner.
  • Provide open space for your rehearsal if you elect to rehearse at The Car Barn.
  • For a small fee, The Car Barn can provide a podium and wired or wireless mic for toasts and speeches as well as a screen and projector for videos and slideshows.
  • Place the announcement of your choice on our theatre marquis.
  • Provide all staff to ensure your event runs smoothly.
  • Provide bartenders for beer and wine only receptions or provide bartenders and mixers (assorted sodas, juices, tonic, club soda, lemons, limes, olives) for a full bar for a fee.
  • Provide all food and beverage for your rehearsal dinner. This can include passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, buffet meals, carving and other stations, seated dinners, desserts, and more. Suggested menus can be found on our website and custom menu selections can be created.
  • Box any leftovers from your buffet to take home with you.
  • Provide silver punch and decadent chocolate fountains, silver round cake stands, white china, glassware, flatware, frozen drink machines, and other equipment you may need for your event for a small additional rental fee.
  • When available, provide antique car for arrival/departure for an additional rental fee.

  • Provide and set up any gift tables or other necessary tables with linens for a small fee.
  • Our House DJ is available to hire to play music or you may elect to bring your own CD’s to play on our house system. We can arrange for outdoor ceremony music as well. We also welcome bands and other entertainers of your choice.
  • Provide a bridal suite and a groom’s room for you both to get ready and relax.
  • Greet guests and assist them with their needs before the ceremony.
  • For a small fee, provide podium and wired or wireless mic for ceremony and/or provide screen and projector for videos and slideshows.
  • Place the announcement of your choice on our theatre marquis.
  • Breakdown all of your equipment and clean up following the ceremony.
  • When available, provide antique car for arrival/departure for an additional rental fee.

If you elect to have your wedding reception at The Car Barn, here is what is included in your rental fee!

  • Provide and set up any gift tables, cake tables, or other necessary tables with linens for a small fee.
  • Our House DJ is available to hire to play music or you may elect to bring your own CD’s to play on our house system. We also welcome bands and other entertainers of your choice.
  • Assist with band, florist, and cake to ensure everything is ready prior to your arrival.
  • Provide a bridal suite and a groom’s room for you both to use.
  • Greet guests and assist them with their needs before and during the reception.
  • For a small fee, provide podium and wired or wireless mic for toasts and speeches and provide screen and projector for videos and slideshows.
  • Place the announcement of your choice on our theatre marquis.
  • Provide all staff to ensure your event runs smoothly.
  • Provide bartenders for beer and wine only receptions or provide bartenders and mixers (assorted sodas, juices, tonic, club soda, lemons, limes, olives) for a full bar for a fee.
  • Provide all food and beverage for your event. This can include passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, buffet meals, carving and other stations, seated dinners, desserts, and more. Suggested menus can be found on our website and custom menu selections can be created!
  • Provide knife and server and cut and serve your wedding cake and/or groom’s cake and re-box any leftover cake. (box is baker provided).
  • Create a bride and groom to-go package of your menu for your departure upon request.
  • Box any leftovers from your buffet to take home with you.
  • Provide silver punch and decadent chocolate fountains, silver round cake stands, white china, glassware, flatware, frozen drink machines, and other equipment you may need for your event for a small additional rental fee.
  • When available, provide antique car for arrival/departure for an additional rental fee.

WEDDING CEREMONIES & RECEPTIONS AT THE CAR BARN

If you elect to have both your wedding ceremony and reception at The Car Barn,
here are additional items we handle for you in addition to everything listed on the previous pages!

  • Provide ceremony seating outside and indoor reception table and chair seating inside.
  • Provide an array of set ups to include 60-inch round tables with white wood chairs for either all or a portion of your party, cocktail tables for standing only receptions, or a mixture of both.
  • Provide reception style seating indoors for the ceremony in inclement weather or in the event you elect to do both the ceremony and reception inside. This avoids a room flip following the ceremony and guests can immediately start the fun at the end of the ceremony.
  • Provide a complete room flip in certain instances.
